LearnServe Fellows Program

Program Dates: October 2024-April 2025
Application Deadline: Now! (Rolling Admissions)

Are you a high school student ready to tackle a social issue that makes you mad? The LearnServe Fellows Program is an introductory entrepreneurship program that takes young changemakers through the entire process of researching, brainstorming, creating, and pitching your own social action project to solve a social justice or environmental need in your community. Students in grades 9-12 from public, charter, and independent schools in the DMV are invited to apply. The program will meet in-person or virtually every Thursday after school at School Without Walls. The program cost is based on a sliding scale of $50-$1,250 per student, depending on the student’s financial ability to pay. DCPS students can participate in the Fall Fellows Program at no cost. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis (as received).
