The US Youth Ambassadors Program has extended the deadline for professionals to apply to serve as mentors and educators for its 2020 summer programs. This is a unique opportunity to mentor youth from across the United States as they participate in a 3-week exchange on one of six programs – to Argentina & Chile, Belize, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Uruguay. During the exchange, youth participants will learn about leadership, community engagement, and project planning, among other themes, and will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing their very own community service projects once they return home. As Adult Educators, you will not only serve as a valuable role model for the youth on your program, but will also mentor and guide them as they implement their projects. Mentors must be US citizens.
